With regard to the September 2009 article entitled “Comèl-Netherton syndrome defined as primary immunodeficiency” (J Allergy Clin Immunol 2009;124:536-43), the description of the SPINK5 mutation of patient #9 in Table I is incorrect. Allele (2) should be 666+1G>A (intron8), not 603+1G>A (intron8). The mutation can also be designated as IVS8+1g>a.
