With regard to the January 2004 article entitled “Asthma prevalence and morbidity among rural Iowa schoolchildren” (2004;113:66-71): The second sentence of the second paragraph of the Discussion section reads as follows: “Farm children were also more likely to have wheezed in the previous year than were those who lived in town.” This is incorrect. In fact, farm children were less likely to have wheezed in the previous year than were the children who lived in town.
